Be Radiantly You in 2023!
Anna and Charlotte are delighted to welcome you to this event, our first collaboration together. Our hope for this three hours spent together is to give you space to make contact inwards with yourself and find your own presence and also connect to the group.
On 21st January, the New Moon in Aquarius marks the beginning of a new cycle. The Capricorn New Moon cycle ends and the Aquarius New Moon cycle begins. In the sign of Aquarius, friendship, brother/sister-hood, group activities, social pursuits, group projects, trying something new, humanitarian efforts, or joining a group will be a strong focus. New beginnings regarding any or all of these matters are possible now.
• There will be intention setting, meditation, grounding, guided & free dance, healing, tea/snacks & sharing in a beautiful mix.
• This will be a multi-sensory experience involving movement/dance, breath, sound, touch and taste of tea/fruits.
The event will be held in English and if anyone needs any Swedish language support Anna can assist in this.
Investment 300-400SEK sliding scale, pay what suits your income level. (Includes tea & fruit/snacks)

We begin at 18:00 - please come 10 minutes early to settle in.
Guidelines
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Wear comfortable clothes so you can move freely.
Dance barefoot or with socks, helping you to ground the body’s energy system.
Honour how your body feels & rest when you need to.
No talking on the dancefloor but feel free to express & release sounds in the dance. We communicate with our eyes, body and soul rather than words during the dance.
No cameras or phones.
You may like to bring a notebook / journal.
